    No. This is entirely up to the owner of the property.

    Yes, you will setup your account information through your owner portal.

    Yes, all property owners receive a copy of the lease to review and sign once the tenants have signed.

  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Our leases are 12 months
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Typically we recommend 1 months rent, however this is up to the owner.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    Once you give us a move out date, we will have photos taken and start marketing the property.
  • What type of properties do you manage?
