  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No, it is first come, first serve. We process the first applicant with all required documents turned into the office.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A $1,000 Application Deposit will be required once approved to schedule lease signing and secure the property. This will credit towards anything owed at lease signing.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    We require all applicant over the age of 18 to complete a full application.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    If you are not approved for whatever reason, your application deposit will be returned to you. If approved and a $1,000 application deposit is paid and lease singing verification form signed, the application deposit is no longer refundable should you change your mind.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    We allow guarantors on a a case-by-case basis.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Simply visit our website and click "Apply Now" on that property.
  • How do I pay rent?

    We offer multiple convenient options to pay rent. You may do so online through your portal or Pay Near Me.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    You must request the pet in writing through your portal. If your property allows pets, you will complete a full pet screening at www.SPRM.petscreening.com, pay a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and sign a pet agreement.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Simply give notice through your online portal.
  • How long will you hold a property for a tenant that is approved and has paid the application deposit?

    We will hold a property for 14 days from approval notification or property availability.
