We have been in business since 2011 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 9 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.

CJ ROGERS Broker/Owner

CJ Rogers began his career in construction, rising to the level of Division and Regional President for some of the nation’s largest homebuilding and land development companies. In 2007 CJ founded his own homebuilding and general real estate companies. After founding StarPointe Realty, CJ recognized the tremendous demand for high quality, full service property management and introduced StarPointe Realty Management to the market place. With a team of dedicated property management professionals StarPointe Realty Management immediately experienced rapid growth and now consistently manages between 500-600 properties in Central Texas for both seasoned, novice and accidental investors. His vast experience in home construction combined with extensive knowledge of the Central Texas real estate market give him a unique ability to assess the merits of a property as a potential investment to buy, rent, and hold or rehab and resale. Central Texas real estate agents and investors regularly solicit CJ’s opinion as a valuable resource in the investment analysis of properties for their clients and personal portfolios.
