Final items remain before the sale is complete. We will confirm all requirements are met so you can close with confidence and minimal stress.

Final walk-through inspection

The buyer will perform a final walk-through to confirm the property condition matches the Purchase Agreement and that no items were left behind.

Cancel home services and utilities

After closing, we’ll provide a checklist and contact numbers to help you cancel services and utilities.

Be prepared

Unexpected issues can arise (loan delays, last-minute repairs). We’ve handled these events many times and will guide you to resolution quickly and professionally.

Closing

At settlement, you, the buyer and the closing agent sign final documents and disburse funds. If you cannot attend, alternate arrangements can be made. Funds can be wired to your bank or issued by check at closing. Provide keys and any buyer information at closing — once signed, the property is sold.
